OUR MOVEMENT
The NGO’s target is to create a comprehensive healthcare support platform which communities, health practitioners and hospitals can subscribe into which will be subsidized by corporate businesses and those that want to support a community upliftment programme.
Ten-ten movement is able to provide the services through partnership and donor funding from good corporate citizens that want to see a transformation in the healthcare, by placing their resources in the front line of the fights against good health. Ten-ten means every funded doctor will receive a $10 reimbursement for each patient they attended in the current period, in addition to the funding that they would have qualified for.
The Doctor reimbursement model will be run through a dedicated special committee that will review the merits of each practitioner applicant that want to benefit from funding from this programme. Doctors that will access funding will have to provide services to 100 community member at a subsidized fee of $10 per patient. The people that will benefit from this programme will need to be registered in this platform in order to be vetted as a beneficiary. The intended beneficiaries will be the unemployed, relying on the government healthcare or unable to afford private healthcare, this has been defined as a the lower LSM.
Focus: Our primary focus Is to establish relationships with good healthcare practitioners and hospitals that wish to plough back in rural and township areas where we can see healthcare services made available at a fraction of the cost. Training of the communities on nutrition eating and maintaining a good health through exercising and a good mix of healthier food.
Why you should register as a doctor
You are reimbursed for work done
GPs will be reimbursed for the work done to support communities, villages that desperately requires good health but don’t have the necessary funding to afford.
